Due to the high-tide flooding in Cu Lao Dung, their group could not join us at the training in Tran De last week. Thus, we made another compensation session for Cu Lao Dung group today at the Agricultural division of the district. Mr. Dang Quoc Chi, Vice-head of the division, was in Can Tho for his master course on Environmental Management, thus he could not attend. So, there were only Mr. Ho Thanh Kiet, head of the division, Mr. Nguyen Van Ngo, head of An Thanh Nam commune and Mr. Le Van Phung, head of An Thanh 3 commune and 2 GIZ project officers.
