First fullmoon of the dragon year 2012
On Monday, 6th February 2012, there was the first fullmoon of the dragon year. First fullmoon is one of the most important fullmoons in a year (the others are the fullmoons on the 4th lunar month - Vesak, celebrating the day Buddha was born, 7th lunar month - the Hungry Ghost festival , 8th lunar month - Mid-autumn or Moon festival).
It was very crowded at the big pagoda (Chùa Phật Học) near by our office. We were invited to come there and having lunch.
